Sauna blanket
HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket is a portable infrared sauna that you can use at home. It uses infrared heat (which warms you from the inside out, not the other way around) and healing tourmaline crystals, clay, and charcoal beds (which all produce negative ions). Plus, it’s made from non-toxic materials and has very low EMFs, so it won’t emit radiation all over your body while you relax and sweat.
