How to set up HolaflyESIM on your smartphone
The setup process for Holafly ESIM is simple and quick. Here I will explain step by step how to activate it and what you should be careful about:
Step 1: Get the QR code
After purchase, you will receive an email containing your personal QR code. It’s best to set up an ESIM on your phone before you leave.
Step 2: Scan the QR code
Now you have a few options. Open the email on a second device, such as a computer or iPad, and scan the QR code on the smartphone you are using.
Before the trip, I printed the QR code and then took a photo with my smartphone. This means that you do not need two devices for this step.
Step 3: Add Holafly to your data
More details about your personal Holafly can be found in the email. Manually (Settings>[モバイル]>[モバイル]Data>[データプラン]) or use a QR code. Add Holafly Automatically.
This step is just a plan Added but not activated yet. The Holafly ESIM data plan will not be activated until you reach your destination.

Step 4: Once you reach your destination
Once you arrive in the US, activate data roaming on your phone and select the previously set Holafly data plan. that’s it!
