The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Thursday stayed a five-year data-sharing ban imposed by competition watchdog CCI over data-sharing practices for advertising purposes between WhatsApp and its parent company Meta, giving the tech giant some breathing space. Ta.
