Hello friends! How are you, how is this week? It was amazing here. I’m doing my best after strength training. And this is exactly why you need a delicious meal when you get home.
In today’s post I wanted to share some quick and easy recipes perfect for weekday evening dinners and lazy Sundays. I went back to cooking a simple meal on Sunday, and eating something at home was a very snack, but it took less than a few hours.
I concluded with nine quick and easy dinners *recipes * (just throw a meal!). For us, the rest of the week is equally fast around this…but I had to properly title this post (aka Google).

Lazy Sunday Dinner Ideas
Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Creamy, comfortable and very funny, this chicken alfredo pasta is a family favorite that comes along right away.
material:
- Pasta of your choice
- Chicken breast
- Alfredo Sauce
- Garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Manual:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook until golden.
- In another pot, heat the Alfredo sauce and chopped the garlic.
- Mix the cooked pasta, sliced chicken and Alfredo sauce. Topped with grated Parmesan cheese. I love serving this on the side with broccoli or salad kits.
Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Let the slow cooker do everything with this hearty, flavorful beef stew slow cooker meal.
material:
- Beef stew meat
- Potatoes
- Carrots

- Beef soup
- Tomato paste
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic
- Herbs and spices
Manual:
- Place the beef stew, chopped potatoes, carrots and onions in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the beef soup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and herbs/spices.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables in a slow cooker. Cook for 6-8 hours or at an overpriced price for 3-4 hours.
Lemon Garlic Roast Chicken
This simple yet elegant lemon garlic roast chicken is full of flavour.
material:
- The whole chicken
- lemon
- Garlic
- olive oil
- Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
- Salt and pepper
Manual:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken in a sheet pan, dry it with a paper towel, then season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff half the lemon, garlic cloves and fresh herbs into the chicken cavity.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season well with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 1-1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). I cook this with sweet potatoes (in an instant pot with water for 30 minutes and fry the zucchini.
Fast and easy teriyaki chicken
This quick and easy tiyaki chicken is better than take-out and takes only 20 minutes.

- Chicken thighs too
- soy sauce
- Honey
- Garlic
- ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Green onion
Manual:
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic and grated ginger.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat the pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned.
- Serve the chicken with extra teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. I’m making this weird over rice.
One Pot Tomato Basil Pasta
This one-pot tomato basil pasta is very easy and very tasty.
material:
- pasta
- Cherry tomato
- Garlic
olive oil - Fresh basil
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
Manual:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and fry the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst.
- Add enough water to cover the pasta and plenty of water. Cook until the pasta is al dente, and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Season and season with salt and pepper. I usually make this as a side dish with rotisserie chicken or sauteed shrimp.
Honey Garlic Salmon
This honey garlic salmon is extremely healthy and flavorful.
material:
- Salmon fillet
- Honey
- soy sauce
- Garlic
- lemon
- olive oil
Salt and pepper
Manual:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment and polish them with honey garlic sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or cook the salmon and bake with a fork until briefly flakes. I like to serve this potatoes cooked with an air fryer and salad kit.
Creamy Mushroom Risotto
You’ll be hooked in a cozy bowl of creamy mushroom risotto.
material:
- Arborio Rice
- Mushrooms (cremini, shiitake mushrooms, etc.)
- onion
- Garlic
- White wine
- Chicken or Vegetable Soup
- Parmesan cheese
- butter
- Fresh parsley
Manual:
- In a large frying pan, chopped onions, fry them, and chopped the garlic until the garlic is softened.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in the arborio rice and cook until translucent.
- Degass the pot with white wine, gradually add chicken or vegetable soup, stirring constantly until rice is cooked and creamy.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, butter and chopped parsley. Season and season with salt and pepper.
Quinoa salad filled with vegetables
Keep it light and refreshing with this vegetable-stuffed quinoa salad perfect for a lazy Sunday night.
material:
- Quinoa
- Mixed vegetables (peppers, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, avocados, etc.)
- lemon
- olive oil
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or mint)
- Salt and pepper
Manual:
- Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions and allow it to cool.
- Chop the mixed vegetables and toss them in a large bowl with cooked quinoa.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and add the chopped fresh herbs.
- Season and season with salt and pepper and mix. Protein Bonus: Rotisserie Chicken or Shrimp Top.
Easy grilled jitty
This is a family audience and such a great and comfortable cooking recipe.

- ZITI Pasta
- Marinara Sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper
Manual:
- Cook the Jitty pasta according to the package instructions and drainage.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
- Bake at a covered 350 for 30 minutes until the cheese melts. You can also bake the cheese on top for a few minutes. Fry spinach and unfriendly bread.
