I recently fell out of a rabbit hole “Strong Bean Salad” thanks to the stumbling on Violet Witchell On Tik Tok. It is explained today As “nice, lazy and lettuce-free.” It’s my prepared lunch for a bit of meal.
I eat meat, but not every day. So I love the meatless lunch idea with vegetables/fiber and beans/protein. Not only that, but some nutritionists confirmed to me that it was a healthy and balanced lunch. win! That being said, there are plenty of great online recipes that include deli meat, chicken, bacon and more.
Some recipes you’d like to try:
Sandried tomato thick bean salad
In my opinion, you need some basic ingredients and the rest can taste. But I’m going to share what I’ve made and I really, really love it.
material:
1 is chickpeas, drained
1 Can Navy Bean (or other white beans), drainage
1 Palm heart, engraved
A handful of chopped grape tomatoes
1 chopped pepper
4 cucumbers, minced
1/4-1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped karamata olives
1/3 cup of crumbling feta cheese
Freshly chopped parsley (or other herbs you love)
dressing:
1 lemon juice
Taste salt and pepper (I used it Homemade rosemary salt))
Tasting olive oil
