Dr. Peter Merton He is an educator and patient care practitioner who has focused on improving the biomechanics of his patients for over 23 years while in private practice as a chiropractor. Dr. Marton has always believed that the structure of the spine influences the function of the central nervous system, and this principle is the basis of his practice.
Dr. Merton’s fundamental belief is that the central nervous system controls every function in the human body and that the nervous system must be kept healthy to express true health. When the spine is out of alignment due to poor spinal mechanics, it interferes with the proper functioning of the nervous system and throws the body out of balance.
Peter’s mission is to help as many people as possible achieve optimal health function and performance and reach their full potential in life. In his 23 years of practice, Dr. Merton has found that it is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain good posture for his patients due to the postural stresses of modern lifestyles. His patients were coming to him with the same problem, which inspired him to come up with an innovative solution that would allow patients to straighten their spines while they slept. He worked with designers and engineers to create the latest product, the Neck Nest, which helps patients straighten their spines while they sleep.
Dr. Merton‘s innovative concept is designed to restore proper biomechanics of the spine by adopting a neutral sleep position, helping you sleep better, live longer and be healthier.
