Hello friends! I hope you are having a wonderful morning. How is it this week?
The pilot has been missing since last weekend, but he returned this morning and is looking forward to his return. He’s flying well, which is good. When I first wrote this article, we were officially wrapping up our first year at the airline. I always imagined having a big party, but “Ronna had other plans.” Instead, we had a small but equally fun party with our families. We decided to have a backyard barbecue.
25 minute barre strength training with dumbbells
I shot a new workout. This is a classic barre workout with a little twist. I use dumbbells all the time.

This dumbbell workout is a great way to add an arm component while your legs are strong, and an easy way to add additional resistance and resistance. Best of all, you can do it right in your living room.
I was huffing and puffing during this workout, and I hope you’ll like it too. It felt like a good mix of endurance and cardio.
