Switchbot has announced that the K20+ Pro home robot will be coming to the market.
The Switchbot K20+ Pro is a multitasking robot with modular flexibility through FusionPlatform. This platform connects to the vacuum of a self-sealed robot and transports items around the house. It also has a port to connect cameras and other attachments, and works with third-party devices.

The robot may offer autonomous vacuum cleaners, home security patrols, air purification and circulation, communications and smart delivery. Switchbot offers a variety of attachments to a variety of activities, each for sale separately.

I was able to see the Switchbot K20+ Pro working during CES earlier this year. The K20+ Pro is Jetson. Instead, Switchbot is how to build new ideas for multipurpose domestic robots.
The Switchbot K20+ Pro star is a modular FusionPlatform that integrates with devices from a variety of brands. There are USB-C ports and power ports to connect them. For example, if paired with a Switchbot Pan/Tilt Cam Plus, the K20+ Pro can patrol your home while you’re away, show live feeds, or send motion detection alerts on the Switchbot mobile app.
Home security cameras from various brands can also work with the K20+ Pro as long as you have a USB-C charging cable. However, you cannot access the camera feed from the Switchbot mobile app and will need to use your own security camera app.

You can also connect other electronic devices, such as speakers and third-party devices. Switchbot offers a variety of configurations to suit your needs. - K20+ Pro Patrol Kit $740 for pan/tilt cam and 2k. This will patrol your home using the robot with a security camera on top.
- K20+ Pro Air Purifier Kit $911 on the air purifier table. With a removable air cleaner, the K20+ Pro can navigate from room to room, stopping each to filter the air inside. The table top can hold a variety of items to deliver to others and includes a built-in wireless charger.
- K20+ Pro Air Flow Kit A battery-powered circulator fan costs $780. As the K20+ PRO moves from room to room, a small Switchbot battery circulator fan moves the air.
The Switchbot K20+ Pro uses D-TOF LIDAR and dual laser sensors to map different layouts. Switchbot will also be holding a contest later this year to allow users to submit their own ways of using the platform, such as using 3D printed components.
