Discard the old filter: Once the faceplate is removed, place it on a flat surface and twist the cap open counterclockwise. Remove and discard the old filter.
Add a new one Filter: Put the new filter in the correct place. Make sure the wider side is facing downwards! Place the cap clockwise until the arrows on the cap are aligned.
