Bethesda announced on Tuesday that the remastered version of Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is the real thing and that the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber can play the game.

If you’re not used to forgetting, the game is an open world RPG that takes place after the events of Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. The fanatic cult is about to open the gates to the Devil’s realm of oblivion, and it is up to you to stop them and seal them forever.
The remastered version of the game has enhanced visuals thanks to Unreal Engine 5, and includes the base game and nine expansions of the trembling islands and knights. You can also purchase or upgrade the Deluxe Edition to add additional armor, horse armor, quests, weapons and other merchandise.
Oblivion started on PC and Xbox 360 in 2006 and was ported to PlayStation 3 in 2007. The game was highly praised and won multiple awards in 2006. 24th Golden Joystick Award.
