Hello friends! I hope you’ve had a wonderful morning for now!
Today I wanted to chat a bit about superfoods.
You know everything about me all about practical and sustainable wellness – no extreme, crazy limits. In a simple way to support your body, you can feel your best. And one of my favorite ways to do that? Superfood.
They are neither flashy nor mysterious. They are nutritious whole foods packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. Something like sweet potatoes, chia seeds, berries and lush greenery is undoubtedly considered a superfood.
Adding them to your routine doesn’t have to be complicated either. In today’s post, I share some go-to recipes that are actually tasty and easy to prepare, which can help you feel lively, nourished and satisfied.
What are superfoods?
Superfoods are genuine whole foods that are naturally high in nutrients that the body loves, including fiber, omega-3, antioxidants, vitamins, and phytonutrients. They help support your immune system, digestion, energy levels and skin.
Some of my favorites? Kale, berry, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sweet potatoes, goji berry. There are some of them in the recipes below! They can easily sprinkle on the meals you already make, so there’s no need to overhaul your entire routine.
