”sister wife” stars sold their home for a seven-figure sum two months after putting it on the market, ending all the drama surrounding the property.
Kody Brown and Robyn Brown, currently the only remaining couple on “Sister Wives,” originally sold the property off the market early last month without signing a contract.

The couple sold the expansive estate on Nov. 4 for $1.775 million, $125,000 above the Aug. 29 initial listing price of $1.65 million, smiling at the bank.
Cody’s 2007 home sits on two acres of wooded land hidden behind tall pine trees on a “secluded ridge,” according to listing information. The 4,476-square-foot home in Arizona has five bedrooms and four bedrooms, according to online listings.

Couple secures seven-figure loan to buy new home
Kody and Robyn’s expensive home upgrades came at a price, with The Blast reporting that they spent a whopping $1.68 million on the $2.1 million property.
The purchase came after the house didn’t sell as quickly as expected, forcing them to make a $420,000 down payment and finance the rest with a large loan.
The couple’s out-of-pocket purchases reportedly raised questions about the nature of their financial situation, especially amid a child support and custody lawsuit filed by Christine Brown.

The sold property was initially taken off the market by the TLC couple.
Prior to this seven-figure sale, the home was reportedly listed online with a list price of $1.65 million, but quickly disappeared with no record of the sale.
The deletion is said to be related to Christine’s lawsuit, but Kody and Robyn have not released a reason for their impromptu decision. Christine asked the court to prove the paternity of her daughter, Truly, since Kody’s name is not on her birth certificate.
She also recommended that both sides limit harassment, domestic violence, taking children on unusual trips without court permission, canceling or changing services, and making derogatory or harsh comments about the other party. He also sought a domestic injunction.

At the reality star’s request, the two are also reportedly prohibited from participating in certain actions, financial matters, and activities. Since separating from Kody in 2022, Truly has been living with her mother in Utah, far from Kody’s home in Arizona.

Christine was convinced that moving would really help repair the relationship between father and daughter.
According to The Blast, insiders noted that Christine is very concerned about Kody’s increasing absence from Truly’s life. His long-term paranoia over COVID-19 and other issues has also contributed to the distance between father and daughter.
Christine said that moving to Utah after breaking up with Kody would keep Kody and Truly’s relationship healthy. She added that despite the physical difficulties between father and daughter, distancing from each other would do more good than damage their bond.
When it came to Kody, Christine’s feelings were “rationalized” and “ridiculous,” even though she had a complicated relationship with most of her other children.

The “Sister Wives” stars put their differences aside to attend a mini-reunion similar to the one seen in the show’s season 19 premiere. The estranged couple attended a Las Vegas-themed baby shower for their daughter Mykelti Padron, who was pregnant with twins at the time.
Christine said Padron contacted the Brown family patriarch because he wanted his parents to attend the event.
“I would do anything for Mykelti, and Mykelti wants Kody and Robin to come to Sprinkles. So of course they can come to Sprinkles,” Kody and Robin said for the first time since 2021. He admitted that he was nervous to see them together. .
