This year we’re moving backwards at warp speed, doing our best to avoid last-minute scrambles. I started my Christmas shopping early. I feel like shopping at intervals also puts less strain on my budget. – and I try to plan and prepare as much as possible. Last year I did a lot of planning for Christmas dinner and it felt like a huge treat. As moms, we all have a lot to do, but if we spend it feeling stressed and overwhelmed, the holiday season won’t be as much fun.
Christmas brunch and dinner recipes
As I was brainstorming ideas for Christmas brunch and dinner (both at our house), I thought I’d share some sample recipes for those who want to prepare ahead of time. I would like to mention here that I source all of the meat for my holiday feasts from . butcher box. We have beef tenderloin, turkey, and salmon, all of great quality.

I plan on making most of my meals in advance, letting Traeger do his magic on the turkey, and enjoying snacks and spending time with friends throughout the day.

There are times when you need to take out your Instant Pot, especially during the holidays. This macaroni and cheese is creamy, cheesy, and healthier than your average macaroni and cheese recipe. It is an essential dish for holiday meals.
Savory Chicken Sausage Butternut Squash Bowl
This is also a good enough recipe to be a legitimate Christmas meal, but leans more towards the protein-rich and healthier side in comparison. Needless to say, who wouldn’t want to have dinner with a butternut squash bowl?

This raw chocolate tart is so delicious that I end up with finger marks on the cup after I finish eating it…(do not have I speak from personal experience 😉). Since you just mix the raw ingredients, you can eat it right away by chilling it in the freezer for an hour.

“It’s peppermint bark season, specifically this peppermint bark made with coconut oil. It’s fun, but my favorite part about this dessert is that it doesn’t take long to make. I think it’s a great Christmas themed treat.
healthy pumpkin pie
This year, you can enjoy the classic pumpkin pie. without it Dairy products or refined sugar. This alternative uses maple syrup and coconut sugar to give the dessert a natural sweetness. Knowing you’re consuming healthier ingredients will make your desserts taste even better.
Pumpkin pie brownies (oh, I have to make them again)
If you are a first-time user, please be careful when creating these. I don’t It can be stopped. This is one of my favorite desserts. Not only is it really delicious, but it’s made with healthy fats and proteins, no refined sugar, and no dairy or grains.
double chocolate paleo sticky cake
This is the stickiest, nicest, most chocolatey cake I’ve ever eaten. It also happens to be grain-free and No eggs. The texture is not necessarily cake-like, but the taste is the same. Furthermore, if it is basically just nuts and chocolate, technically It’s just trail mix, right?
crunchy almond butter truffles
These delicious little desserts pack a punch in terms of flavor. It doesn’t contain any sugar or gluten and has almost every sweet and savory thing in the world. What more could you ask for?
