In the 1980s, this portable player (originally known as the Master Disc) was battery-powered and came with a set of foldable headphones, so you could listen to records wherever you wanted. The Soundburger is very sensitive, so if you walk around or by it, the record may jump around a bit. This is because record players have no counterweight, and too much tracking force can damage the record. It also doesn’t have an auto-return feature, but this isn’t necessarily a big issue for me.
