These photos were taken in November and I’m excited to finally share them with you. Finally, the interior of the house is starting to look “perfect” (we moved in a full year ago). We painted, wallpapered, designed the First Lady’s nursery, renovated the bathroom, consolidated the boys into twin beds, renovated the boys’ bathroom, added a laundry closet upstairs, and more. , converted the home office into a large closet and finished off the cupboards. and refinishing the sports court in the backyard.
We still plan on tweaking the fireplace mantel, building things like a patio, and planning the landscaping and exterior. That’s all going to be in 2025 and 2026…hopefully.
We shared a dining room here recently.
A mini 6 month preview was shared here.
We’ve been steadily working on this house for a full year, but we’re still waiting on finishing touches on some of the projects mentioned above. Once these spaces are completed, I will be taking pictures and sharing them bit by bit. It feels so good!
I love documenting our home here. This is because I feel very nostalgic when I look at the space I used to live in. I love seeing which pieces have traveled with us from place to place (this headboard has been in 6 homes since 2012!). We highly recommend taking photos of your home to remember the atmosphere of the room. If you are an interior enthusiast, this is a wonderful souvenir that you will definitely want to own.
We didn’t do anything to the master bedroom other than adding a chandelier and a little paint (it looked nice at first).
