When can I watch the Miami Dolphins vs. Los Angeles Rams game?

The Rams have won three straight games and are now 4-4, returning to the NFC playoffs. They will play the Dolphins tonight on Monday Night Football and will be looking for their fourth straight win. It seems like a lost season for the Dolphins. The Dolphins have lost their last three games, but last week they brought back starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who has been out with a concussion since Week 2 of the season.
Dolphins and Rams kickoff tonight Broadcast at 8:15pm ET (5:15pm PT) on ABC.. The Manning brothers are off tonight. The Manning cast returns next week.
If you don’t have a cable or satellite TV subscription, you can watch Monday Night Football on a live TV streaming service. The good news for soccer fans is that ESPN is available on all five major streaming services.
How to watch MNF without cable
The primary channel for Monday Night Football is ESPN. Almost every Monday night game will be broadcast on ESPN, and will also be broadcast on ABC and ESPN Plus for seven weeks. The only time you won’t be able to watch MNF games on ESPN is Week 15, the final MNF doubleheader of the season. At that time, one game will be broadcast on ESPN, and the other game will be broadcast on ABC and ESPN Plus.
You can also watch Monday Night Football on ABC for most of the remaining weeks of the season. This week and Week 13 will be broadcast exclusively on ESPN.
ESPN2’s Manning cast is scheduled for most Monday nights and one wild card game during the season, and six of the regular season Monday nights and the wild card game will also be streamed on ESPN Plus.
