Who is Madame Tussauds?
Marie Tussauds was born in Strasbourg, France, and in 1778 he created the first waxed figure of famous French writer and philosopher François Marie Alwett Voltaire. She moved to England in 1802, where she exhibited her works.
After her death, her sons inherited a famous wax figure, which was displayed at the first Madame Tussauds Museum in London. Today, these wax museums are all over the world, and the replicas they display always reflect the celebrities of the country and city they are in.

Madame Tussauds is located in the heart of Manhattan: Times Square. The address is 234 W 42nd St, and the easiest way to get there is by subway.
You can take line 42 St-Port Authority Bus Terminal or line Times SQ-42 St. Both metro stations are very close to the museum.
