Hello friends! how are you? I hope you’ve had a great week so far. Earlier this week, Christie and I had a fun photo shoot. I recorded several podcast interviews. I try to batch as much as I can before departing on a trip here. I can’t wait! !
So, today we’re chatting about parasites, so we hope you’ve already had breakfast. If this topic makes you squeal, I’ll get it. It surprised me for a long time! Please note that this is not medical advice. I’m just sharing my experiences.
When I first started learning about parasites, I didn’t know that they could affect my energy, digestion, my immune system, and even my mood. I really understood how much this process would come about until I personally went through parasite cleansing and then left my body (yes, saw) and (see) multiple long-legged parasites. I was just as tired and excited. More from my body enters, do you know?
Since then, I have guided clients all over the world through myself Parasite cleansing journey, And the outcome is absolutely incredible. Today I wanted to chat about why parasite cleansing is so important. Free downloadable cheat sheets You can grab to support your own journey.
Why can parasites become the work you lack on your health journey?
First thing:
How do you know if you may have a parasite?
You don’t need to be food poisoning to travel abroad or eat parasites. They are much more common than most people notice. Many of the symptoms we wrote down as “normal” can actually be signs that your body is dealing with an infection.
Chronic bloating or gas
Brain mist
Fatigue
Skin problems
allergy
Cravings (especially for sugar)
Sleep struggle
Autoimmune flare
The weight changes for unknown reasons
Parasites don’t just live in your intestines. They can live in your body, your organs, your lymphatic system, even your brain. Crazy, right? !
What to do before purifying parasites?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned (the hard way) is that it’s important to prepare your body properly.
Here’s what you need to know before diving:
You need to be tired at least once a day.
Otherwise, when the parasite dies and releases toxins, your body has no way of eliminating them. This can make your symptoms even worse.
You should plan a protocol for at least two months.
Parasites lay eggs when they die, and short cleansing can actually exacerbate the problem if stopped too early. This is why I don’t believe in “cleaning full moon parasites.” They release a large amount of eggs, which can exacerbate the problem.
Detox support is not an option.
As the parasite dies, you can release storms of toxins (including mold, heavy metals, yeast, etc.) into your body. If the detoxification pathway is not open, you will feel it.
Good detox support looks like this:
Sweat (saunas are amazing at this. I love sauna blankets! The code is fitnessista15)
Daily movements
Sea salt and lemon water
Liver support (such as milk thistle tea, cruciferous vegetables, artichokes, alcohol removal, or advanced takka)
Dry lashing (CodeFitnessista15)
Caster oil pack
Supports your body’s production of glutathione
Detox support can be a difference between a roadkill-like feeling during cleansing and an amazing feeling.
I recommend preparing first
I highly recommend you complete it Functional Medicine Detox Before starting to cleanse parasites.
Detoxing 7-21 days can help you:
Reduces total toxicity burden
Opens the liver and lymphatic pathways
Make your parasite cleansing experience smoother and more effective
(You can find out more about the detox I recommend here Please use my discount code: Fitnessista10. )
Cleansing itself: what does it look like?
All my favorite parasite cleansing details are in this giveaway. I’ll break it all apart for you! The good news is that it’s just supplements. There are no dietary requirements. Of course, check with your doctor before making any changes to you.
Friendly reminders:
Cleansing parasites is not an easy fix. It is a useful tool that you can implement on your health journey and choose to tackle basic habits such as diet, exercise, stress, rest, emotional balance, and toxin removal. If you’re doing “all healthy things” and still feel stuck, parasites can be the missing link you’re looking for.
If you’re ready to learn more, I created a Free Parasite Cleansing Cheat Sheet It’s about how to prepare your body, important detox practices, the exact products I recommend, and what to expect.
So, please tell me, friend: Have you tried purifying parasites? Do you do that?
This week we are heading towards functional medication detox. When I get back from my trip, I cleanse my parasites.
Talk to you right away!
xoxo
