Mario Edgardo Garcia Aquinoa youth soccer coach charged with murdering a California teenager, is so dangerous to a young man that he needs to be taken off the streets. That’s what the victim’s lawyers say.
Luis Carrillo He was in LA court for Mario’s arrest on Wednesday. There, Lewis Straight said Mario deserves a living at least behind the bar… and he thinks the DA might push for the death penalty – but if that’s the case, the decision will ultimately be up to the ju judge.

Garcia Aquino was originally arrested in connection with an Unrelated sexual assaultand the prosecutors eventually gathered enough evidence. Charge him for Oscar’s murder.
He waived the right to a swift trial during his arrest, the mother of his attacked victim. Gladys Bautista I saw them sob. Garcia Aquino was detained without bail… he did not enter the plea. Mario’s next court date is set to June 18th.
