International Workplace Group (IWG) has expanded its footprint in Maharashtra with the opening of a new state-of-the-art Regus flexible workspace in Nashik. The move comes as demand for hybrid working solutions is rapidly increasing across the region.
IWG, which owns brands like Regus and Spaces, is responding to the growing demand for flexible workspaces in Maharashtra. According to an official release, the new location in Nashik, located on the banks of the Godavari River, is a significant milestone in IWG’s expansion strategy and is designed to meet the evolving needs of companies adopting a hybrid work model.
The 739 square meter Regus Center will cater to a wide range of industries including automotive, metals, agritech, food processing, logistics and capital goods. Featuring private offices, meeting rooms, co-working space and creative zones, the center will offer customizable workspace solutions for both established and startup businesses, the release said.
