We share tips on how we’ve improved our eyesight over the past two years. This is my personal experience and I am not a doctor. Always check with your ophthalmologist before changing anything to your routine. The eyes are important so you don’t want to ruin what’s around, mmk?
Hello friends! I hope you have a lovely morning and thank you for all your excitement Healing code. I have booked so many strategic calls and can’t wait to connect with you guys. You can check the details Call our free strategy here.
Today’s post was a request from a popular reader, something I had been thinking of doing for about a year, but it was on the fence. I’m not a doctor and definitely not an ophthalmologist, so I’m hesitant, but I’ve been forced to learn a lot about the eyes that no one really could help me with my eye problems in the past two years. I finally found an incredible dry eye expert, but had to take the problem into my own hands. Other doctors were totally confused and wanted them to rely on the steriod drop, which was increasing the pressure of the eye. I have learned and love to share all I’ve learned with you, but please don’t accept this as any kind of medical advice. Always reach out to your doctor before changing anything in your routine.
Ok, my eye story. A few years ago, I had a huge change in my eye routine and eye care. (Some of these things are shared below.) Over the past year, I’ve also noticed that my glasses were too strong. They started bothering me, and it felt like a magnifying glass, especially while I was driving. I had an annual ophthalmologist appointment and went to a new office because my last RX appointment was a disaster (she gave me a contact, I was allergic to contacts and solutions, and when I returned to the office she acted like it was my fault as my eyes were completely swollen.
He did an eye examination and told me for the first time in my life that my prescription had diminished. I was -5.25 since 6th grade, but now my RX is -5.0. This was a big win and I was excited about it!!
I’m continuing and after doing a lot of research on blue light blocking glasses recently I decided to order a prescription Vivalei. I wanted to find a company that made it right, and Vivarays That company. (They kindly created a discount code, Fitnessistaand I will definitely post a full review! ) My glasses were starting to have that magnifying glass feel again, so I didn’t want to order new ones if the new glasses changed, so I went to reconfirm my prescription.
I told the ophthalmologist (same man – he’s great) that while I was reading, I felt my glasses were too strong. I took off my glasses and started reading, and they bothered me when I was too long on my computer. He checked my reading vision and had a brochure about 2 feet in front of me and my reading prescription was half my current prescription!! He wrote me a new prescription that I could use while I was doing things around the house.
I shared the good news Instagram And there was a lot of demand to write this post. The reality is, I’ve done a lot, but I feel like all of these strategies are mixed together. It’s not just one.
How to improve your vision naturally
But here is what I think helped most:
– I cleansing and high-jean in. This is gloss, but I’ve never really cleaned my eyelids to the saga of my eyes. I used some face washes on them and made sure the makeup was pretty much off, but that was it. Now my eyelids are clean and clean every night, and squeal the mornings I wake up.
My current routine:
AM: I wake up and use it Corneal care Eye mask for 15-20 minutes while I lay in bed.
2 drops of No mega preservatives (I hate materials and disposable plastic, but that’s the best. I can’t wait. Eigagnix“New drops coming out)
Clean eyelids Cliradex wipes (use 1/4 wipes every morning)
PM: Beautiful face Fresh cleanser And do the rest of my skincare routine
Clean eyelids Oasis lid and lash (I use half a wipe every night)
1 drop No mega preservatives
– Parasite cleansing. At the beginning of my great eye flare, I had snatching eyelids. This is the overgrowth of demodex mites on the eyelids, lashes and lid edges. They live and create biofilms – they are bacteria machines!! – and parasite cleansing puts the nails into the co.
My eyes are not crusty, red or goopy. At one point, they were red, rough and inflamed for about 10 weeks. This was when my vision was at its absolute worst and I really think parasite cleansing, along with hygiene in the eyelid, made a huge difference. I have a prize here on purifying parasites.
– It controls my dry eye. I use warm compression in the morning, falling off twice a day, my eyes rarely bother me as my eyelids are clean and I stay hydrated with electrolytes throughout the day. Dry eyes can absolutely degrade your vision.
– Regulation of the nervous system. Stress is inflammatory and affects all major processes in our body. I have been working on cortisol patterns and neuroregulation for years, but in the end, even in complete confusion (mostly) I am in a more gentle and balanced place. I treat sleep like it’s my job, my meditation PEMF mat, Diary, enjoy hobbies when I can, time with friends, family, nature, etc.
-This book. This was recommended by Roudy (founded by Roudy). Vivarays) I downloaded it quickly with a rethink of Health Summit. It’s packed with useful strategies and tips, but the biggest point is The less you rely on glasses, the less you need them over time.
I realized I started doing this when I couldn’t wear contacts for weeks. I didn’t like wearing glasses for training so I skipped it. In hot yoga, everyone around me was a huge blur. Eventually they became fuzzy humans, and then I finally managed to see details such as their clothing patterns and logos.
You can’t throw away your glasses for driving, but even if you start with meditation, you can absolutely throw them away for other things without compromising safety. He also talks about the trauma and personal experiences behind the need for glasses, relaxing the body to the point of viewing it in full, including exercise and practice. You also need to truly believe that you can improve your vision.
He says he will never accept the fact that other parts of our bodies are destined to deteriorate over time. Why are your eyes different? The eyes also have the ability to heal and improve.
I throw them away while I take training classes or stay home and don’t feel like I need glasses. It was very uncomfortable at first, but over time my vision has improved a lot.
– Eliminate toxicity and recover from defects. My supplements and nutritional habits have changed, and I think it made a huge difference in my eyes. Some of my eye-catching supplements are Vitamin ca Solid Multivitaminand Omega 3 seconds. I also eat sardines a few times a week, and at least once a week.
I think they are the biggest! If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer them in the comments.
