When you imagine making holiday goodies, you probably imagine a 5-pound bag of flour and sugar, a kitchen sink full of mixing bowls, and an apron with butter on it. This can last for hours and means tasting at least one of every batch of cookies that comes out of the oven.
But it’s not the only way to make seasonal treats. This chocolate chip cookie dough comes together in minutes with minimal mess. No need to turn on the oven.
Best of all, it is rich in protein. Cottage cheese is a superpower when it comes to enjoying high-protein desserts. Although some people prefer it alone, its versatility makes it extremely popular.
Cottage cheese can be used in a variety of recipes. (Trust me, we wrote some of them!) That includes a lot of desserts, but this mouth-watering high-protein cookie dough might be our favorite.
