According to various outlets, Kirk Medas, the real-life star who appeared on the MTV/S Floribama Shore, passed away last month after being hospitalized in a “severe case of necrotizing pancreatitis.”
He was 33 years old.

Medas’ dad told celebrity gossip website TMZ that doctors said Medas had died of liver failure.
“We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of Kirk Medas, a beloved member of the Floribama Shore family.
Following this horrifying development, Medas co-star Amy Hall paid tribute to her late friend in a social media message.
“We lost our brothers, our best friends, our hearts – Kirk,” she wrote in a Facebook post.
“I was on the beach when I felt it. Before the call came, the dolphins continued to approach me as if to say goodbye. Kirk and I shared my love for the sea with the dolphins. At that moment, I knew.”

Hall announced the Medas’s Health Battle on Thursday, May 1st.
On Instagram, former MTV personality told her followers that Medas had been in the hospital for two weeks… “sedating” after hospitalization… diagnosed as a severe case of necrotizing pancreatitis and placed on a ventilator.
Medas rose to the excellence of the small screen, which was an original Jersey Shore spinoff, as the main cast member of the MTV reality series in 2017.
He appeared in the series throughout four seasons of runs. He was a 25-episode cast member.
Before Medas’ death, his loved ones launched a GoFundMe page, which states that they are “in necrotizing pancreatitis fighting the ICU,” a severe inflammation of the pancreas that can cause short- and long-term complications.

Elsewhere, fellow Floribama Shore Star Nirsa Prowant shared a plea this week for prayer and support with fans.
She and Hall uploaded a link to GoFundMe, which was founded by the Medas family.
The fundraiser title has recently been changed Supporting Kirk Medas: Funerals and Medical Care.
“My heart is shattered, but I find peace knowing that he is no longer in pain. He is in heaven now. Free, overall, and everyone makes him laugh.
“I will never forget the moment they placed him on a ventilator before coma settled. I told him I loved him, and tears rolled from his eyes. Those memories will stay with me forever,” she wrote. The world feels a little dim without him, but I know that one day I will meet my best friend. Until then, I will carry him in my heart. everytime. “
May Kirk Medas rest in peace.
