Fiverr currently leases 4,000 square meters to Farmers’ House on 8 Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv, in the heart of the “Scooter Circle.” This is an area that includes Sarona, Igaruaron Street, Azrieli and Hassan Arafaf.

Wix aims to sublet part of the campus for double rentals
The iconic Fiverr building on Kaplan Street is located at a strategic point near the street that begins with Kaplan, and serves as a foundation for technical protests against judicial reform. Fiverr founder and CEO Micha Kaufman is one of the leaders of the protests, and during Saturday night demonstrations he usually distributes water to passersby from his office.
Kaplan Street Offices’ leases expire in about 18 months, and Fiverr is looking for more office space to accommodate future expansions. Market sources say Fiverr could not find its own building, so they signed a deal with WIX, leasing a slightly larger area of around 4,500 square meters, with an expansion option. As reported by Globes about two years ago, Wix plans to rent approximately 7,000 square meters of office space in Grillott.
The amount of the transaction has not been reported, but market sources believe WIX is paying NIS 120 per square meter per month before property taxes and management fees.
The WIX campus in Grillott, where the company moved in October 2022, covers 60,000 square meters. The developer signed a 10-year lease with WIX in Israel Canada. In the future, Light Rail Green Line stations will be located near campus.
