Eros Group has announced that its Sampoornam-3 project in Greater Noida West has received an overwhelming response from homebuyers after obtaining the UP RERA registration number for the project. Just before its official launch, the project has sold inventory worth Rs 20 crore.
The company said it has invested Rs 4,000 crore in the five towers of Sampoornam-3.
Spanning 21,728 square metres (approximately 5.37 acres), Eros Sampoornam 3 comprises 11 towers offering two and three bedroom apartments. Initial sales have commenced in only five of these towers, with 318 units occupied out of a total of 726 units across the project.

The project has received UP RERA number (UPRERAPRJ512436/07/2024) and its official launch scheduled for 30th August 2024 will be a formal celebration as 150 units have already been booked, further cementing the success of the project.
Apart from its prime location in Greater Noida, Eros Sampoonam 3 also offers amenities such as a swanky community centre, a gated community with triple-tier security and an excellent Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.75.
