RBG PAC spent almost all of its money on advertising. The ad claimed that Ms. Ginsburg, a longtime liberal judge and passionate women’s rights advocate who died in 2020, was “of one mind” with Mr. Trump on the issue of abortion. The website featured a photo of Trump and Ginsburg with the caption, “Great minds think alike.”
Although the justices largely avoid speaking publicly about the president’s policies, Ms. Ginsburg’s legacy in 2020 was not to replace Mr. Trump on the court, her granddaughter said.
