Diddy NBC says he crossed a very expensive line by publishing a documentary accusing him of being murdered Kim Porter And he’s having sex with two underage women… and now he wants at least $100 million from the network.
Diddy filed a lawsuit in New York State Wednesday morning, ripping NBCUniversal for “Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy”… Peacock’s documentary streaming. While the federal government’s indictment saw endless allegations against him and saw in many cases from the federal government, he said that NBC “has made his life and love for his mother to his children.” He says he is accusing him of “killing him” and “malicious.”
In the document obtained by TMZ, Diddy blows up NBC for that particular claim as the LA County Coroner confirmed that Kim’s death was due to natural causes and there was no evidence of foul play . He is also upset that the documentary amplifies YouTube’s conspiracy theory.
According to the lawsuit… The documentary leaps towards claims that Diddy had sex with a minor, but he is a civil lawsuit from someone who claims that the false claims saw him along with two girls It says it is based on. Diddy says the lawsuit has already come forward with two women in their 30s and said they are adults at the time of their sexual encounter.
Diddy says the producer told his rep in early December that he had been doing a documentary about “theory of his involvement” in Kim and the infamous Big’s death. He says his representatives responded that the allegations were “explicitly false” and “unverified conspiracy theories.”
He said that after the trailer for Doc was dropped on January 2nd, his representatives contacted NBC again, and the producers urged the production to draw the trailer, including a false statement and a statement of honor and loss. He says he did. He says NBC didn’t respond.
So now… Diddy sues NBCuniversal and Peacock TV for defamation, seeking minimum damages of $1 million. We contacted NBC for comments and still have no words.
Diddy’s lawyer Erika Wolf “In creating and broadcasting these falsehoods, the defendant only seeks to exploit the public’s desire for scandal, at the expense of Mr. Combs’ right to justice, without considering the truth. Combs will file this lawsuit to hold the defendant accountable for the extraordinary damages caused by the reckless statement.”
