Bush hit Homer three times for the third time, leading to Crow Armstrong’s fifth solo shot with Zack Pop. It was Crow-Armstrong’s Team High 21st Homer.
Hancock (3-3) was tagged for nine runs in four innings.
The Mariners cut 9-6 in the fifth, scoring three unfortunate runs following Vidal Brujean’s throw error at the grounder at Landia Rosalena.
Home Plate referee Chad Whitson left after five innings. The game was followed by Dexter Kelly behind the plate.
Seattle reliever Trent Thornton wobbled alone for the eighth time on the mound. He was helped by staff training.
