Brian Wilson – The legendary Beach Boys rock star and co-founder have passed away, according to a post his children posted to their Instagram account.
Rockstar kids shared a joint statement… They say they are totally losing their words when he dies before realizing that he is a sadness that feels shared across the world.
They were seeking privacy at this time and did not provide a cause of death.
Brian co-founded the Beach Boys in 1961 with his brothers Carl and Dennis Wilson – Mike Love and Al Jaldin when the group graduated from high school.
The band’s first studio album, “Surfin’ Safari,” did not work very well, but sophomore efforts, “Surfin’ USA,” netted Gold Records… the title track has become a permanent classic.
The success of “Surfin’USA” has brought even more record successes to the line… The band was released, with “It’s Not a Good”, “Good Vibration”, “Only God Knows”, and 10 years have come out.
During this succession, Brian married his first wife, Marilyn Robel… and the pair had their first two children, Carney and Wendy – in 1968 and 1969, respectively.
