Adani Electricity Mumbai Ltd. and three Tata power-driven distribution companies are one of the discoms that has received a high “A+” rating on the government list of India’s top 63 power utilities.
According to the 13th integrated rating and ranking distribution utility, a total of 11 companies have received an A+ rating, with 11 people being A, 10 (B rating), 13 (B), 10 (C), 8 (C- ) received it.
Tata Power-LED Discoms, which received an A+ rating, are TP Central Odisha Distribution Ltd., TP Northern Odisha Distribution Ltd., and TP Western Odisha Distribution Ltd.

The 13th integrated evaluation movement methodology consists of 15 basic evaluation metrics and nine obstacles, and culminates in a comprehensive score out of 100 to assess the overall performance of each utility.
The utility is then assigned a grade (A+, A, B, C, C, and D) based on these scores and specific override conditions.
The purpose of the integrated rating is to evaluate all utilities in the distribution distribution sector based on financial and operational performance (internal factors) and regulatory environment and state government support (external factors).
