Hello! ! I hope you all have a great week! If you’re planning a fun family night or get-together, I thought I’d pop in and share healthy summer parties and grill recipes.
I love the grill season, it’s a very easy and healthy way to make dinner. Best part: There’s very little cleanup. Something about vegetables and meat on the grill can let us all know that summer is officially here. Fun is planned for the next few months and I started brainstorming and learning recipes for summer grills and party.
If you’re looking for inspiration, here’s a small list!

Appetizers
Green Chili and Goat Cheese Queso
This appetizer is melted, cheap and very good. Perfect for eating snacks while waiting for the main meal, andthere’s turkey bacon! I grew up around Mexican food, but the appetizers are not my strong suit. But I was surprised at how easy it is and how much everyone loves it!
Eggplant pizza
Eggplants – I love to eat them, and I love to incorporate them into my cooking, I actually cook them It feels like a complete test. What I forgot (until I made this recipe) is that eggko really doesn’t need to taste really bad. These egg plant pizzas prove that! They are also very nutritious, which is always a plus.
Marinated grilled vegetables with avocado whip feta
Do you struggle to eat vegetables from time to time? We were all there, I’m guilty of myself! But all you really need is a grill and a great, flavorful marinade. I had this appetizer at once for a real dinner, or it’s light enough to act as a side or pre-infant snack.
Chicken Manchego and House Guacamole
Not only is this appetizer very good, it’s even easier to make! There’s protein, vegetables and terrible Manchego cheese. If you have people to spend a grill night, set this up for them to give it a try.
Kalamata olive dip and crudite
I originally made this to cure my true food kitchen dip obsession, and this imitation recipe nailed it. It’s flavorful, a little smoky and tasty. Even if you’re not a huge olive fan, this dip is worth a try as it’s packed with healthy fats and antioxidants.
Sweet potato hummus bite
If you’re looking for a gluten-free, vegetarian appetizer, this is one. They don’t put a lot of effort into making, and they have super flavor. Plus, something about hummus and sweet potatoes just screams summer at me!
Pioneer Woman’s Salsa +Tortilla chips
Who doesn’t like classic salsa and chip appetizers? As mentioned a few times ago, I’m not ashamed to admit that Mexican appetizers are really not my strength, so the salsa and chips are easy and fun go-to!
Cheese plate tip
If you’re in doubt, create a cheese board! They are tasty, easy to make and tend to please everyone. The links I’ve included will be deeper (check out!), but keep in mind that when using cheese plates it’s essential to mix the types and types!
Buffalo hummus
Are you a little fond of their appetizers? This buffalo hummus retains all the same traits that people tend to like with regular hummus, but the hot sauce adds a nice spicy touch. You can also customize spicy (or not spicy) if you want.
Salad and side dishes
Broccoli salad to entertain the crowd or This broccoli raisin salad
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love salads because of their versatility. For the perfect salad idea, you can add as many ingredients as you like. At healthy summer parties, broccoli (or broccoli raisins) salads tend to please the crowd.
Chicken, bacon, balsamic potato salad
Do chicken and bacon come together in one dish? sign up! This salad may not sound very healthy, but you’ll be surprised! It contains less sugar, more protein, and has a healthy amount of flavor. You can eat it with the main meal without feeling overly dull.
The best tasty kale salad
Soft kale, crispy almonds, creamy dressing, Yum, Yum, Yum! Mashing avocados and pairing them with almond butter takes a little longer, but it’s definitely worth it. It’s nutritious and incredibly tasty.
Black beans and brown rice salad
This is The ultimate healthy summer salad. It has a lot of texture, flavor and nutrient content, making it as good as it looks. Also, if you like do not have To cook meals the same day you have people, this is a very easy salad to prepare the day before!
Mint and orange fruit salad
What is summer time without abundant fruit? As soon as the weather starts to warm, you can bet that this recipe can be whipped for the whole family to enjoy. The orange peel and chopped mint are all you didn’t notice in a summer salad that you lacked!
Quinoacitrus salad with orange dressing
the difficult To think about summer parties and recipes to grill them it’s not It’s based in Mayo, right? It’s not that they’re not tasty, but it’s impossible to leave it to the table for too long. This salad is light and summery. And you can actually leave it for people to snack on. It’s crisp, sweet and very fulfilling.
Zucchini Noodle Spaghetti Salad
This recipe swaps out spaghetti noodles filled with carbohydrates and uses zucchini instead. It’s light and fresh, and when you’re done you won’t be filled unnecessarily. Plus, the peppers, cucumbers and red onions offer the fresh crunch that I love.
Cold Quinoa Salad
Another quinoa-based recipe, why doesn’t we incorporate it as much as we can? Quinoa is full of amino acids, proteins, fiber, and antioxidants… you get the point. It also happens to be the best of one of the most delicious summer party and grill recipes. The cucumbers and pineapples are refreshing and even more exciting.
Main dish
Easy grilled pizza
Main dishes don’t always have to have endless ingredients, seasonings, or additives. length method. Pizza is one of the meals where fresh ingredients really belong to, and cooking pizza on the grill makes them even better.
Pilot’s famous turkey burger
Of course I can liven up a typical turkey burger, but why not take over to the pilot and show off what he can do? They are really incredible and they don’t even take that long to make! With a little bit of turkey, a handful of seasonings and plenty of chopped jalapeños, it won’t get any better! Check out our recipe post for the ultimate secret ingredient.
Pineapple chicken and vegetable kabob
If you see my spicy chopped salad post and love it, you’ll really enjoy these kabobs. They are basically the grill version! You will need meat, peppers, pineapple, zucchini and onion fillets. It’s refreshing, crispy and very good.
Grilled Chicken Pita Flat Bread

My favourite sangria
The world of sangria is vast and you can use fruits that are truly your favorite. For this recipe, I chose apples, oranges, lemons and limes, and (of course) sprinkled a bit of sugar on top with tequila and red wine. Find something cheap and trust me!

Grain-free, dairy-free, and Is it a dessert? Will it be better than that? I can boast about it for days, but you have to see the post to see a picture of it.
Almond Butter Lava Cake
Lava cakes are not clichés, they are a dessert heaven. Chocolate on chocolate on…it’s even more chocolate, it’s tasty. But realistically, they are not even in a bit of health. Instead, try this old molten chocolate lava cake, running refined flour, refined sugar and butter.
Peach is Crisp for the two
Peaches scream at me the delicateness of summer, so naturally, this peach was cut for a healthy summer party and grill recipe. They are crunchy, crispy, sweet and tasty. Watch your guest’s “mouth” fall as they taste this for the first time and You can tell them it’s healthy!
