2.7 Friday Faves (the Pilot is retired!)

The pilot has retired!

It was an incredible weekend filled with fun for family and friends. Once the professional photos arrive, I’ll post a complete summary! I am just waiting for the final touches and am extremely proud of the pilot after just under 22 years of service and am definitely looking forward to this new chapter.

He was home this week and it’s so strange and surprising to see him take him without focusing on what’s on work. He takes his deserved break in February, but he looks forward to a lunch date, F45 class, hiking and drinking morning coffee together. 🙂

IPL lasers were completed this week at Bespoke Beauty Ealier. There were groups that I needed to use. It was my first time using it at a biohacking meeting and I’m definitely coming back!

Fashion + Beauty + Random:

New portable humidifier! This is from the Canopy x Dr. Idriss collection and is in a gorgeous purple chrome color. I have some of their portable humidifiers and they are what you need for a trip. They block mold and you can easily break them down and wash them in the dishwasher.

I love the idea of a humidifier for the skin and cold season – if they’re coughing, they help kids breathe and sleep well – but how much gloss they get is always I hated it. Canopy humidifiers are very easy to clean and do not cause gloss at all.
