Kelly Washington On Saturday, I remembered the night when she won the NAACP Image Award for Best Actress in the Movie. Tyler Perry.

Washington left the stage after giving speeches and applause. However, she returned a few minutes later and paused as presenter.

Perry reposted a video showing Washington returning to the stage after thinking he had omitted his name during his acceptance speech.
In the caption of the post, he shared that her gestures made him emotional.
