There is an update on the tragic passage of Vivienne.
As previously reported, Rupaul’s Drag Race UK Season 1 winner also appeared in Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 7, but passed away in January.
The performer was born James Lee Williams in Colwin Bay, Wales.
The real star was only 32 years old.

“It’s a great sadness to let you know that our beloved James Lee Williams, Vivianne, spent this weekend,” Vivian’s manager Simon Jones wrote in a statement at the time.
“James was incredibly loved and incredible after losing his son, brother and uncle.
At the time, the public didn’t know what caused Vivienne’s death.
But now we know what happened.
In a statement to People Magazine on Monday, Jones was added to the outlet saying his client “died from causing cardiac arrest due to the effects of ketamine use.”
“James’ family and I feel it’s important to say that James has tragically died…
“We hope that by releasing this information, we can raise awareness about the risks of ongoing ketamine use and what it can do for your body.
“Ketamine use is on the rise, especially among young people. I don’t think the complete dangers of the drug are being discussed.”
Jones also said there was a “formal investigation” about Vivienne’s death in June.
Drag Queen’s sister, Chanel Williams, has been added Statement of attitude:
“We are continuing to be completely devastated by James’ sudden death.
“Ketamine is a very dangerous drug and is becoming more and more popular in the UK.
“If we can raise awareness of the risks of this drug and help people who may be dealing with ketamine addiction, something positive can come from this complete tragedy.”
Throughout their careers, James has been open about his past struggles with drug addiction, particularly when it comes to ketamine.
In a 2019 episode of Rupaul’s Drag Race UK, they discuss a four-year battle with addiction, which is partly attributed to the strict lifestyle of drug entertainers.
This updated announcement comes after World of Wonder, the media company behind the drag racing franchise, and is being produced in production in a new documentary, Dear Viv, “The Blessings of James’ Family and Friends.”
The summary is read as follows:
