This sale is under construction for *year*. The Bass Family received a big payout, and the Lakers now have an incredibly deep pocket with the Dodgers in their juggernauts.
This is a truly important day for the entire NBA landscape.

The 10B Lakers ratings aren’t surprising. In 2021, AEG sold a 27% stake in the Lakers to Walter/Borley at a 5B valuation. Now they’re up 66% from now on, double the number. This is a bus. The new media contract exceeds the new $$. We already knew that the extension tag would be 6b.

Laker fans should be straddling. A few things I can tell you about Mark – he is driven by victory, excellence and doing everything in the right way. And he puts in the resources he needs to win! I understand why Johnny sold his team to Mark Walter.
