Shooting, kickboxing and end-of-day journaling

Flexibility: My training matches my vibe – power strength training, functional training for agility, kickboxing to punch stress, and reset from yoga. And when my body needs it, rest is a real MVP (the most valuable player). Because fitness should make you feel better without being forced.

Fuel: The morning starts with a simple, home-cooked breakfast full of power. Fresh, unprocessed, low in sugar – that’s my secret to staying sharp and vibrant. There was no slow start and a steady momentum.

Stress Relief: Filming is my unexpected Zen. Once a month, in range – discipline hones my focus, stability grounds me and keeps me rushed – it’s the perfect reset for the mind and body.

perspectives: Lead with kindness and embrace challenges as opportunities. Thanksgiving promotes all connections, whether it’s my team or my community. I use each obstacle as a stepping stone towards progress and development to maintain grounding and focus.

Sign-offs: Light dinners, moments to reflect, and journal my thoughts – how to put together my day. A little clarity today will be even stronger tomorrow.
