It’s hard to kill a day without a solid breakfast.
That’s why Myfitnesspal collaborated with Salamichel Geller to launch a meal planner. This is a new way to build an easy and satisfying meal plan. It starts with the most important meal of the day (breakfast).
Within the Meal Planner, there are some Sarah’s go-to recipes, including this. Overnight oats by Sarah Michel Guerard. It’s basically a cookless breakfast that makes yourself while you sleep, so you can wake up with one less to conquer. (Morning confusion, we’re looking at you).
With 20 grams of protein and plenty of fiber, this meal is packed and concentrated until lunch. As for flavor, it offers just the right amount of crunch from creamy oats and tart yogurt, naturally sweet fruits, a touch of vanilla and sliced almonds.
If you’re looking for a pleasant meal like this, try out MyFitnessPal’s Meal Planner and there are customizable plans to help you achieve your goals.
