The Orange County, California Sheriff’s Department told TMZ that the late Bravo personality’s son died from the combined effects of fentanyl, methamphetamine and olanzapine, and that the cause of death has officially been ruled “accidental.”

When Lori announced Josh’s death on Instagram in April, she suggested drugs may have been a factor.
As TMZ previously reported…LP told his followers about his son Died On Easter Sunday, he said he has struggled with drug addiction “for most of my adult life.”
She continued… “Throughout the hardships of his adult life, Josh maintained his sense of humor, remained optimistic, continued to be kind to others, protected those who could not protect themselves, and continued to love his family dearly!”
Lori was an original cast member of RHOC, appearing on seasons one through four, but left the reality show in 2008 after Josh was arrested for heroin possession.
Josh is survived by his daughter, Kennadi, whom Lori adopted in 2015.

On Mother’s Day, Lori took to Instagram to reflect on Josh’s struggles, telling her followers she wished things had been easier for her son.
She added: “I feel every emotion you’re going through and I’m learning that although the grief never goes away, you have to learn to live with the gaping hole in your heart.”
Josh was only 35 years old.
