Mr Trifeleo said the 47-year-old was in “very good spirits” and had not seen much change in his upbeat personality.
In fact, she said she will arrive in South Florida on January 18th and will be able to chat with fans at the grand opening of the restaurant’s Miami location.

Moss and Trifeleo first teamed up a few years ago after Randi saw an ad for her food on Instagram. They had opened an eatery called Chick-A-Boom, but Tolliferreo says Crisppi’s new venture is bigger and better.
Trifeleo said that even though Randy recently underwent surgery to remove a cancerous mass in his bile duct, he remains focused on the business and making sure it runs smoothly.
“He won’t stop, and he wants everything to be successful and continue to grow,” Trifeleo said.
For his part, Moss is grateful for all the support he received during the fight and appreciates all the love from his fans over the past few weeks.
