High Protein Cottage Cheese Queso

material:
- 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
direction:
- In a food processor or blender, add the cottage cheese, taco seasoning, Colby cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Blend until smooth and homogenous.
- Remove mixture from food processor or blender and transfer to a microwave-safe bowl.
