Eminent economists and experts in various fields from NITI Aayog met the Prime Minister and heard their views and recommendations on the budget.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is scheduled to table the budget for 2025-26 in the Sabah Parliament on February 1.
In an official statement, the Prime Minister said Vikshit Bharat can be achieved through a fundamental change in mindset, with a focus on developing India by 2047.
Participants discussed how to address challenges posed by global economic uncertainty and geopolitical tensions, strategies to improve employment rates, especially among youth, and the creation of sustainable employment opportunities across sectors, among other topics. shared their views on the issue.
