Hello friends! How is it going? I hope things go well this week too! I have a discovery call and a lab review call today, and I’m looking forward to a sweaty yoga class. Have a wonderful day!
In today’s post, I wanted to talk about: My all-time favorite health food brand. When I say “healthy,” I mean using simple ingredients with minimal added oils, artificial sweeteners, or colors. I typically try to buy from certified organic companies, wild-caught seafood, and B Corps. Because they care about people. And a planet.
In an *ideal* world, we would make everything from scratch, including snack foods. I make almost all my meals at home. I try to get takeout or restaurant meals once or twice a week. Still, I use package options for convenience. I have a list of brands that I love in my heart and I would like to share some of them in today’s post.
Please keep in mind that I completely understand that inflation is an anomaly and that the cost of groceries is out of control. If you’re just having a hard time putting food on the table, I’ll look at you and send you the biggest hug. I don’t want anyone to feel ashamed or bad about their choices. We’re all doing our best here.
If my “dog” was in this photo, the kids would be scared (lol)
