Elon Musk slumps GOP tax bills on the effects of deficits: “Snacky and hateful”
“I can’t believe Republicans are increasing their debt caps. I’m a Republican and I’m embarrassed!” Trump posted in 2013.
Musk shared the tweet and wrote, “wise words.”
Musk also shared the Trump Post in July 2012. Musk wrote: “I couldn’t agree any more.”
The growing war of words continues throughout Thursday, with Trump saying he is “very disappointed” to Musk.
“Elon knew the internal mechanisms of this bill better than most people sitting here than yours,” Trump said in his oval office. “He knew everything about it. He had no issues with it. All of a sudden he had problems. And he only developed the problem when he learned that we had to cut down on EV mandates.
Musk fires back at X and writes: “This bill has never been presented to me and was handed over late at night so no one in Congress could even read it!”

Over 300 economists urge Trump to urge GOP leaders to extend tax cuts before massive tax cuts
Musk also applauded, telling Trump to maintain the bill’s EV/solar incentive reduction “even though oil and gas subsidies have not been mentioned” (very unfair!!)
“We’re going to throw away the pile of pork that we hate in the bill,” Musk was furious. “In the entire history of civilization, there was never a law that was big and beautiful. Everyone knows this! You get a big and ugly bill or a slim and beautiful bill.
Trump insisted that the bill was “incredible” and that the president wanted to criticize him more than the bill, telling reporters that it was “the biggest cut in our country’s history.”
Musk has opposed the bill and labelled the scale as “nasty hatred” due to the fact that it strengthens the federal deficit after officially evictioning the government’s Department of Efficiency (DOGE).
“Call the senator and call the senator,” Musk said in the massive amount of X’s posts.
He also reused the Kill Bill film posters to highlight his call for action.

The bill has already passed the House, with Republican leaders urging rapid passage to prevent the expiration of 2017 Tax reduction And then there’s a $4 trillion tax cut that they say will hurt the economy.
Musk had sought deeper spending cuts until his new demand for the bill to be nuk. Currently, the House GOP offering sets targets for $1.5 trillion in spending reductions over the next decade, and coupled with expected growth, will help offset the roughly $4 trillion price to make the President’s first term tax cuts permanent.
Musk also approved Sen. Mike Lee’s R-Utah and proposed a constitutional amendment that would automatically remove members of Congress if inflation exceeds 3%.
