A house came on the market in November 2023 that we felt we would regret not going to see. We knew we wanted to have another child and the house that was for sale met many of our requirements that our previous home did not.
By December…we sold our house and were under contract on this one. It went by so quickly! But we’ve been living in this home for 6 months now and have not regretted it once. This new space suits our family’s needs and will become even more settled when our 3rd child joins us in September. We’ve only shown you a sneak peek at some of the “finished” rooms so far…but it still feels like it’s all a work in progress. We want to be here for the long term, so we’re willing to wait patiently to make the best long term decision for our family home.
