The New York Giants returned to practice Tuesday afternoon in preparation for their Week 17 game against the Indianapolis Colts at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Practice was scheduled a day early to give players time off on Wednesday, Christmas Day. As a result, no official injury report will be posted on Tuesday, and the current injury report serves as a projection.

Before taking his leave, head coach Brian Daboll spoke to reporters yesterday and tried to look ahead as much as possible.

“No. He’s not going to go today. It’s early in the week,” he said of linebacker Micah McFadden.

“For those who haven’t, I’ll give it to you right now. So (Tyrone) Tracy (Jr.), he won’t practice. Again, today is Tuesday so it’s a little different. (Malik) Nabors, John Michael (Schmitz) (Jr.), (Greg) Stroman (Jr.), (Raheem) Laine, (Corey) Darden, McFadden, and Dru Phillips.”

Like the players, the entire front office staff had Wednesday off, but Daboll said quarterback Drew Lock is expected to start.

“I think Drew will be fine,” he said.
