Following the shocking arrest of Sean “Diddy” Combs on sex trafficking charges, several celebrities have come under fire for their past association with the notorious music mogul. One of the celebrities currently facing intense scrutiny is Academy Award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who was a regular at Diddy’s notorious, possibly criminal, parties.

A recently discovered video on X, formerly known as Twitter, shows Diddy heaping praise on Leonardo DiCaprio while describing the invitation list for his upcoming “White Party.”

In the undated video, Diddy is seen being interviewed on camera by an unseen individual as he talks about an upcoming party.

When asked who was “number one” on his invite list, Diddy answered without hesitation or further explanation: Leonardo DiCaprio. While the video does not feature Leonardo DiCaprio or imply he has been involved in any criminal or wrongdoing, it does add Diddy to the growing list of celebrities who regret their association with him.

The earliest recorded meeting between Leonardo DiCaprio and Diddy was at the 1998 “White Party,” where the two were photographed together surrounded by women and champagne bottles.

Leonardo DiCaprio is known to have attended some of Diddy’s parties.

Since then, Leonardo DiCaprio has been known to attend several parties hosted by Diddy, most recently in 2019. The music mogul has been accused of organizing “freak-offs” at various parties over the years, encouraging attendees to engage in highly sexualized acts, which he often recorded.

For decades, Diddy’s parties have been considered the most popular and coveted venues for Hollywood celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and anyone with even a modicum of power.

His parties, which include those of Leonardo DiCaprio, were often described as lavish enough to make others look like Sunday brunches at a retirement home, but given recent developments surrounding Diddy’s alleged criminal activity, what was once considered a “can’t miss” social event may now cast a dark shadow over countless celebrities.

Diddy was arrested by federal agents at a New York City hotel on September 16th, accused of knowingly and intentionally sexually abusing and exploiting a woman.

Diddy was arrested by federal agents at a New York City hotel on September 16th, accused of knowingly and intentionally using his business empire to sexually abuse and exploit women.

Diddy was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation for prostitution and was ordered held without bail. The following day, Diddy pleaded not guilty in federal court in Manhattan.

After an attempt to grant Diddy bail, a New York City judge dismissed his appeal on September 18. Prosecutors had argued that Diddy posed a high risk of obstructing the proceedings. After hearing arguments from both sides, Judge Andrew Carter said there were no conditions that “mitigated the risk of witness tampering or obstruction” before dismissing the appeal.

In an unsealed indictment, the Department of Justice alleges that Diddy abused, threatened and coerced women and others into committing crimes to fulfil his sexual desires, protect his reputation and hide what he did. The indictment does not name Leonardo DiCaprio.

Diddy is also accused of obtaining and distributing drugs, controlling his abusers’ careers, threatening to terminate them through financial support, and using intimidation and violence to ensure their participation.

As of September 23, Leonardo DiCaprio has not been accused of involvement in Diddy’s alleged crimes and has not been sought for questioning by authorities. It remains unclear whether any criminal activity as described in the indictment took place at Diddy’s parties attended by Leonardo DiCaprio.
