Donut lovers, listen up: Krispy Kreme Donuts is giving away 12 original donuts glazed donut Giveaways will be given to the first 500 customers at each participating store starting Wednesday morning. No purchase necessary.
The Charlotte, North Carolina-based company announced it will be distributing donuts as part of a global campaign to encourage people to spread kindness on World Kindness Day, which is observed annually on November 13th.
However, those who want to get their hands on a free dozen will need to act fast. That’s because they will only be distributed to the first 500 people who visit each participating store across the United States.

“World Kindness Day reminds us that through small acts like sharing a sweet treat, we can all make a positive impact in the lives of others,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme Global Chief Brand Officer. It reminds me,” he said. “We hope that the 10 original glazed donuts we are giving away will enable and inspire dozens of small acts of kindness.”

Krispy Kreme operates stores in 40 countries, and many of those stores will offer some kind of gesture on World Kindness Day.
The company will reward those lucky enough to receive 12 free donuts by posting their kindness on social media on Wednesday using #KrispyKreme and tagging @krispykreme. encouraged them to share kindness.

The giveaway comes just days after the popular donut chain announced the development of four new donuts inspired by Thanksgiving pies.
For example, the Apple Crumble Donut is an unglazed shell donut with apple pie filling and topped with puff pastry, buttercream, and cinnamon cookie crumbs.

Lemon cream pie donuts also come off the conveyor belt at each store. This is also an unglazed shell donut with a blueberry topping, dipped in blueberry icing and topped with streusel.
