In the latest episode of Sister Wife, viewers delve into Kodi Brown’s spirit.
First, as previously analyzed, the 17-year-old father spoke at length about his relationship with his spouse Robin and all the reasons he believes that the marriage is a cult.
Second, Kodi reveals that one of his children does not think that the two of them have a very strong relationship.
At one point in the aforementioned installment, Cody stated that he “arranged to go and see the Christine girl from Utah,” referring to the wife of the first sister who left him and the children they still shared together.
Kodi told Robin (while eating Valentine’s Day) that it was a “really good trip.” One obvious highlight came during his conversation with him and Christine’s 30-year-old daughter, Aspin Thompson.
“Aspin and I had this long argument,” he elaborated to Robin, and Christine’s oldest told him, “What did I do? Why don’t you like me?”
I continued Kodi on this same nasty and delicate topic:
“She stood up to me. It meant something was wrong for Aspin.”
Kodi has never been known as a caring dad.
He hadn’t spoken to his infamous son’s garrison last year when the 25-year-old took his life.
Later in the episode, Kody blames her mother for her broken relationship with her son and daughter. Of course, especially the one that decided to leave him.
“Aspin literally asked why I didn’t like her,” Kody said airing. “And I’m like, ‘Lovers, I love you, and I always have it and I always do it.”
The pair went on to have a “long discussion.” Kody said, “about not building relationships through my mother and my mother’s views.”
Yeah. It’s there. Kody blames Christine for alienating her from her daughter.
Kody eventually left Utah with her 30-year-old daughter in a “improved” relationship, telling Robin:
He also emphasized, in his opinion, that Kodi was “allied from my children when the divorce happened.”
Christine left Kody in late 2021, and Janelle and Meri both did the same thing about a year later.
“We didn’t have many connections,” Kody also told his child. “So I’m trying to establish this relationship, and they’re not letting me represent them from my ex-wife.”
Meanwhile, for her, Christine hadn’t taken bait from her, highlighting the episode.
“I don’t tell the kids about Kodi’s trash. I hope Kodi reaches out to them more and I wish he had a better relationship with his kids. I did everything I could to promote that relationship.”
Christine often says how she feels about her ex-husband.
And we have to say, it’s hard to discuss every point she’s been doing over the years.
