A member of K-Pop Boy Group Just B, Bain came out bravely as gay in an emotional solo moment at the band’s final concert stop in Los Angeles this week.

K-Pop Star Bain appears as a gay during Just B’s final tour stop
The 23-year-old star, Song Bionhi’s real name, presented with a strong performance at Vermont Hollywood Hall as part of Just B’s “Just World” tour.
“Tonight I’m going to share something with you guys,” Bane said.
“I’m proud to be a part of LGBTQ+ as a gay person, and I’ll scream to my queen. lady gagadifferent things indicate beautiful. ”

Bane brings fans to tears after he goes on stage
After that, Bane continued to spread love with his heartfelt dedication to his fans.
“Anyone who is part of LGBTQ+ or still understands it, this is for you, this is for you. This is for you.
Fans erupted in cheers and tears as Bane bored Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” Ultimate Pride Anthem.
According to Daily Mailhis Just B bandmate Siwoo revealed whether the moment was really emotional, telling News1, “I know how difficult it is for him, that made me want to cry more.”

Fans shower with love on K-Pop’s Bane after his emotional moment
After the video went viral, fans from the K-Pop group flooded the comments section and showed support for Bane.
“I’m so proud of you, Kid,” wrote one Instagram user. “We love you, so we always love ourselves!!!”
“Bane I love you!!!” another person said. “I am so proud and honored to be your fan!!!”
“Your crown is here,” the third wrote.
Someone else said, “It was great to see all the love, support you and see the rest of the members showing him last night. It was great to see that.”

K-Pop’s Historical Moment
Formed by Bluedot Entertainment in 2021, Just B has steadily made a name with five EPs and 11 singles. But Bain’s bold declaration could mark a greater cultural shift than the chart topping hit.
Although homosexuality is legal in Korea, the country does not recognize same-sex marriage, and the stigma persists, especially among older generations. Nevertheless, public attitudes have been changing, and a study by the Pew Research Center pointed out that it was approved from 25% in 2002 to 44% in 2019.
In the infamous private world of K-Pop, where artists often face strict “no date” clauses, the coming out of Bane represents a groundbreaking moment of visibility in the industry.

He is on the growth list of K-Pop Star, who lives openly and authentically. Last month, Katseye member Lara Raj came out jokingly.
In 2020, former WA $$UP star Jiae announced that she was bisexual and had dated a woman, but the Netherlands is believed to be “the first openly gay K-pop idol,” making history in 2018 with his viral debut Single Neverland.
Face challenges and stimulate hope
But going out into the world of K-Pop is not without risk. The Netherlands revealed in 2022 that he was assaulted on the streets of Seoul for being gay.
