I saw this being recommended online and downloaded it immediately. I was listening to the audio version and highly recommend it. The book is based on the power of wealth consciousness and teaches that true richness begins from within. It includes themes of quantum physics, gratitude, and visualization, and the author shifts his focus from the accumulation of external wealth to fostering ideas of prosperity, joy, and purpose. This is for those who want to change their relationship with money and reveal a rich life.
This book It changed the way I think about many things: time, energy, existence, even death. (He said that spirits are not afraid of death, but the ego does.) It was interesting because I feel that many of these more woo/manifestation books are focused on God. . This book was surprisingly heavy in a way that really resonated with me. It made me feel more confident in my purpose, what I want in my life, and shifted my focus to the idea of abundance and gratitude. Recommended on 10/10.

It’s not just money
True wealth is not about cash buckets. True wealth is not about designer clothing. That’s not about the new Mercedes. It is not about living on the estate of the palace. David Gikandi says that true wealth is discovering value in yourself and in others. It is about a kind of conscious life that incorporates gratitude, belief in abundance, and experiences of joy.
Based on the recent discoveries of theoretical physics and a meticulous reading of inspirational classics from the last century, Gikandi creates a new model for the creation of personal wealth. A new model to show readers how to create wealth through preservation, donations, offering charity and building happy relationships.
It’s interesting I read this book at the same time Happy pockets full of moneybecause they complemented each other very well and had some similar themes. This book It challenges traditional beliefs about vision and vision. The author states a very effective point that he believes that all other organs and muscles in the body have the ability to heal, except for the eyes. We accept the fact that we have poor eyesight and are left to face off in a blur as it fades over time.
He argues that vision issues are more than just physical, and that emotional and energetic imbalances play a role in how we see the world. Trauma and restrictive beliefs can affect vision as protective mechanisms (we don’t want to “see” what happened to us and protect ourselves from the outside world). The book contains practical exercises, deep insights and encouragement to help readers reconnect with their natural vision.
Since I started reading, my vision has already improved and I have unintentionally used some of his strategies over the past year. When I had eye problems I couldn’t wear contacts for weeks and stopped wearing contacts and glasses for studio workouts. Everyone around me looked like a chunk of colour and eventually became human.
If you’re open-minded and want to know more, definitely check it out. 10/10

This innovative new look of vision broadens your understanding of how you look and see without glasses or contact lenses.
Take off the glass and look Show us how to free yourself from the crutches of prescription lenses, increase confidence and awareness, and open your inner and outer vision to see more clearly.
Jacobribelman, an internationally recognized authority on holistic vision care, says that most visual issues are the result of unconscious decisions to “close your eyes” to emotional discomfort and pain. It explains how powerful correction lenses only encourage further retraction of vision. By removing the lens and practicing breathing and movement recognition techniques to change perception, you can reintegrate the original confusion in your mind/body systems. Dr. Liberman’s approach helps to join thousands of people who have escaped the self-defeating cycle of poor eyesight.
It’s been a while since I read some crazy fiction and this was exactly what I needed. I loved Midnight Library By the same author and absolutely loved it, and this was the same. This book is about the story of a widow who left his home in Ibiza by one of his longtime friends. She travels there to learn more about the situation behind her friend’s mystical death and learn more about the island and herself. I loved the fantasy elements of the story and dragged me a little at the end, but I enjoyed it. 8/10

I am a fan of Dr. Aviva Romm and have tried some of her supplements. This book A thorough hormone diving. How they function, hormonal symptoms, and lifestyle choices that affect hormones. We also explore hormonal imbalances and options for healing naturally. The book is packed with strategies for hormonal balance, improving fertility, reducing stress, and optimizing overall well-being. It was more of a summary for me, but I think it could be a great intro for anyone trying to support their hormones. The final recipe section is worth buying on its own! Lots of beautiful and lively recipes. 8/10
